Līlia Waikīkī was named to honor the life and legacy of Queen Emma and her favorite flower, the lily (līlia). Over the last month, the team began preparations for the construction of the pool deck on level 9 and continued to install the exterior envelope windows of the building.
In March, work is focused on getting the interior work complete with installation of cabinets starting and other finish elements to follow. The concrete equipment will also be relocated from Walina to Kānekapōlei. Two exciting milestones scheduled for the end of the month include the topping off of the podium structure at the pool deck and the crane being moved to its final position on level 28.
